Ships with cef_binary_97.0.0-master.2468+gf6cf7f9+chromium-97.0.4692.0_macosx64 with special macOS transparency patches.

Additionally the following has been fixed:

• can now drag Overlays
• zoom levels are correctly applied inside cef browser windows
• user browser settings and cookies are now permanently stored between sessions
• the cactbot settings panel is no longer obstructed by the toolbar
• and many more bug fixes and improvements!
