OS:
macOS Sierra 10.12.4

mas version:
1.3.1

Installation method:
brew install mas

Problem description:
mas printing empty list of installed applications.

Installed xcode via mas install 497799835.
Xcode installs fine and runs without any issues.

mas list doesn't return any results.

Are you running mas from within a tmux session by chance?

macOS: 10.12.5
mas: 1.3.1
brew: 1.2.3

I am receiving the same but only with Xcode. I installed mas:

brew install mas

Ran mas list:

755717884 Weather Live (1.9)
1114591412 Memory Clean 2 (1.4)
409201541 Pages (6.2)
409183694 Keynote (7.2)
410628904 Wunderlist (3.4.7)
409203825 Numbers (4.2)

Decided to install Xcode using mas:

mas install 497799835

Installed with no issues, checked out Xcode and it's running fine; however a mas list returns the above list of apps. I ran brew uninstall mas & reinstalled with no such luck either in updating the list being returned to show Xcode.

Btw, no tmux just Terminal.app with bash.

Has anyone had this issue recently? If so, please include mas and macOS version details.

I'm having this issue.
Just removed mas and then brew install mas, but mas list always returns empty

OS Catalina 10.15.7
mas version=1.7.1

I've used Terminal with zsh and iTerm2 with zsh, both without success.
