First, thank you very much for making such a great tool available. I am new to it, however I have successfully tested out the verilog to lgraph utility (using inou.yosys.tolg) and it does generate the verilog file after synthesis. However I cant seem to locate the lgraph data itself. From reading the info under help, my understanding is that this should be in the lgdb directory created in the directory from which I do the run (i.e if I don't specify any 'path'). However I have tried it several times and the lgdb is always empty. I am using the lgshell.

We have been updating the documentation https://masc-ucsc.github.io/docs/livehd/02-usage/
but the docs did not include the lgraph.save that must be called to populate the lgdb if wanted to preserve the created lgraph.
