Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Can be difficult to use KNetCLI as dotnet tool. A container can be more manageable and useful in many contexts.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a specific Dockerfile and updates workflows to generate and upload the container, specifically during the release phase.
