EXE Will Not Open

Application opens and then closes immediately. Can be seen doing so in Task Manager.

I did the same thing but it doesnt work, how to fix this?

3.7.0 is not the latest version (3.7.3 is the latest). The bug which originally caused this has already been fixed.
