This can be found within the 1.4.6. Thrown Exceptions section underneath the description for MastodonException

The most basic exception object. For example, it can be used to search for tweets that have already been deleted, etc.

A simple one word change - instead of using `tweets` in the README, it's been updated to `posts`.
