I see that the container in its Dockerfile already pre-compiles the assets in its last step. Therefore, I would like to know the reason behind adding job for pre-compiling it again on deployment.
As a side-question, I see that this would not add much value if S3 is enabled, am I correct? I mean because the PVCs would not be mounted.
