A poll should have a "refresh" link on it all the time, even if you've not voted yet.
Actual behaviour
I feel like you should be able to refresh polls you've not voted in yet, if only to refresh the vote count.
In this case, I hadn't voted and the poll closed over an hour ago but it hasn't updated for me for some reason. So I can't vote because the poll has ended, and I can't refresh to see the results because the refresh link is only there when you've voted.
When I try to vote on this already-ended poll, I get "422 Validation failed: The poll has already ended" and the poll doesn't refresh to show the correct outcome. Maybe trying to vote in a poll that has already ended could automatically refresh it to show the results?
