Pitch

Add admin or user interface to (automatically) block or suspend users which has certain string in their username.

Motivation

Recently a large number of bot accounts were created in pawoo.net which tried to follow every user in our instance. They all start or contain certain string in their username. Could you add a feature to automatically block or suspend such users?

Is this solved by the ability to search by username, select all (checkbox at the top of the list) and then click "suspend"?
