When we open an account page of login-disabled (a.k.a. frozen) user in web UI, it should be obvious that the user has been disabled login.
Motivation
If a user is silenced, he/she can profess oneself to be silenced so we can know that.
If a user is suspended, that fact is quite obvious because the account page is no longer accessible.
However, if a user is disabled login, the user page remains just "as is" and is never updated, so no one except administrators or moderators can know what's happening.
For example, when someone (hereinafter X) who wants to contact another user (likewise Y) sent replies or DMs to Y and never received any answers, X cannot get whether Y just ignored X or Y had been disabled login.
