missing salutation in HTML notification emails #15955

I receive an email when someone follows me.
The text format email from follow.text.erb includes a salutation

Reise_Reise,

xxx@xxx.xxx is now following you!

View: https://yyy.yyy/web/accounts/xxx

But the same email in HTML format from follow.html.haml doesn't include the salutation

New follower

xxx@xxx.xxx is now following you!

For users who have several account (e.g. admin account, personal account, bot account) it would be helpful if the html email included a salutation.
