Media in the About page can overflow width #24179

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Add an image(>400px) by markdown syntax to the Extended description in the server settings.
    e.g. ![](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/03/Simple_Periodic_Table_Chart-blocks.svg/640px-Simple_Periodic_Table_Chart-blocks.svg.png)
  2. Open the About page via smartphone or the advanced web interface.
  3. The added image overflows from parent box and the right side is hidden.

Expected behaviour

Media fits the parent box width.

Actual behaviour

Media overflows from the parent box.

The .prose CSS class is also used in the Privacy Policy and message dialog shows when sign-up is closed. This occurs on these pages too.
