Ability to easily copy alt text from image in web interface

Pitch

Currently it is not possible to copy the alt text from an image easily, without opening up the browser developer tools.

It would be good to make the alt text available to copy easily, such as in the Elk project.

Motivation

It would be good for sharing information from alt text heavy images, and gleaning and sharing the extra information inherent in alt text
