Steps to reproduce the problem

i tried here https://nerdculture.de/@nmouplus/110118451959767627 to create an image description for blind and disabled people and i get the message

Oops! An unexpected error has occurred!

Mastodon v4.1.1
I reproduced the described behavior in Chromium version 111.0.5563.110 (Official Build) snap (64-bit) and Mozilla Firefox version 111.0.1 (64-bit) under Kubuntu 22.04.
