translation missing: gd.date.abbr_month_names (source repo found - should we document this?)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Set the UI to Gàidhlig
2. Moderate a tag

Expected behaviour

NO error message seen

Actual behaviour

translation missing: gd.date.abbr_month_names - translation missing: gd.date.abbr_month_names

Detailed description

When moderating tags, e.g. https://ailbhean.co-shaoghal.net/admin/tags/189670, I see the error message in the screenshot below.

I tried to grep for it and can't find it:

HEAD is now at ab85f59c3 Bump version to v4.1.1

Is this sourced from a 3rd-party package? Which one?

OK, found it by running grep on the server; the source is https://github.com/svenfuchs/rails-i18n

I think this should be added to translators' instructions.
