Steps to reproduce the problem

1. In the "notifications" page if it is open, new notifications are no longer hidden behind a click instead of automatically scrolling the feed.
2. ... if the page is not open, once it is opened, new notifications are scrolled.

Expected behaviour

The slow mode which works on this version for the home feed should also work for notifications

Actual behaviour

the slow mode no longer works in notifications in the non-advanced web interface.
