A more prominent location for endorsements/featured accounts.

Pitch

(It is my understanding you can have up to five endorsements)
List endorsements, if any, directly below the user's tallies (toots/follows/followers) but above toots/toots and replies/media tabs in the account timeline.

If the system supports more than 5 endorsements, one possible solution is to randomly pick 5 when more than 5 endorsements exist.

Motivation

Endorsements, once created, are easy to miss in my opinion. They seem to only appear in the public profile page. A page that i feel is not as frequented or readily accessible as the account timeline. Placing endorsements at said locations in a way mirrors pinning toots. I believe this has the potential of providing the endorsement feature and the endorsed account more visibility.

Edit: If it was more well-used, it could be a factor in the way people are presented on the /explore page somehow, maybe?

@Cassolotl Endorsements are shown in the sidebar of profiles as "your choices", e.g. on https://mastodon.social/@trwnh :

Right now, you can only feature profiles of people you are following from within the web app:

This issue request is for showing those featured profiles within the web app and not just on the public profile pages. :)

@Gargron would this be cool for the 3.1 roadmap? It would be really nice being able to remove endorsed profile listings more easily and maybe have a search box upon a column list. That's at least what I can contribute as UI ideas.
