notice shortcodes - multiple lines/layout

Hi,
I want to have multiple lines within a tip notice. Attached an example. The header (without text) is everytime shown for a new line. Lists are neither working

below with Hugo v0.71.1. It behaves differently with v0.56.x which I'll try to capture too

Should be the same in Hugo 0.56. The CSS simply applies the styling only on the <p>.

Ignore that comment. Checked, it's v0.59.0 and a circa 2018 pull of the theme before v2.1.0 so not comparable.
