remember zoom and pan settings per image

My fave feature in gwenview, which I used to use before its UI got trashed, was the ability to store the zoom and pan settings on a per image basis. gwenview is now horribly broken for my needs.

I'm not asking that the image file(s) be modified permanently in any way with this feature but that the zoom and pan settings get saved for each image that the user manually zooms into within the eom config file, or at least when "Remember zoom and pan settings" (or whatever it gets called) is enabled.
