mate-appearance-properties -p background: Do not disable Style, so the lock screen background always can be configured

Expected behaviour

It should be possible to configure when "No Desktop Background" is chosen, in order to configure the lock screen background.

Actual behaviour

When "No Desktop Background" is chosen, Style is set to Tile automatically and then disabled for configuration.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Make sure that the screen resolution is wider than 1280 px.

In mate-appearance-properties -p background, click on the top left"No Desktop Background".

• mate-screensaver-preferences:
  ** "Regard the computer as idle after": "1 minute"
  ** Enable "Lock screen when screensaver is active"
  ** "Background picture for lock screen": Select /usr/share/backgrounds/cosmos/earth-horizon.jpg -- it's 1280x800

Wait until the lock screen has been activated. Result: The displayed background image is repeated:
