Cesium is a shell for the TI-84 Plus CE / TI-83 Premium CE calculators.

Changes:
This version fixes certain icon displaying (#222), resolves some USB issues (#166), (#217), and fixes color inversion support (#213), along with some other modifications and improvements (including resolving the install issue). 😄

Installation:
Cesium is installed by running the CESIUM program.
This creates an application that can accessed via the [apps] button.
Only the installer can be transferred between calculators.
