Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start screenshot tests
  2. Go to button screenshots
  3. Bring to focus a button using the keyboard

Actual Results:
Background color of the button should change

Expected Results:
Background color of the button doesn't change

This would require the MDC Ripple component to expose public focus and blur methods in the foundation, similar to activate and deactivate.
