Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

After migrating from Community Material Theme to Material Theme extension, I noticed Material Theme extension includes Material Theme Icons in the pack.

I personally don't use Material Theme Icons so I'd like to just install Material Theme, without having to uninstall Material Icons Theme after updates/profile synchronization.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm aware that packing the theme + icons in Material Theme makes sense as a general branding move and provides complete package for styling the IDE. However, for those of us that use a different icon theme, I'd really appreciate if you could publish an additional extension e.g. "Material Theme (without icons)". I think you could reuse the same manifest file, with the exception of "extensionPack" key.

Thanks again for all your work!

Material Theme IS a standalone extension, the icons live in another extension. If you don't want it, just uninstall/disable it. Since Material Theme provides a hand-crafted and curated full experience the file icons are part of the UX we want to provide, for this reason, we have no plan to unlink the extensions, you're free to uninstall it if you don't want to enjoy the full experience.

Thanks for using Material Theme.
