POPS (Parameter OPtimized Surfaces) program to compute the solvent accessible surface areas (SASA) of biomolecules.
POPS is running on the POPScomp server, the code and additional information is provided in Fraternali lab's GitHub repository POPScomp.
Originally, the POPS server was hosted at mathbio.ninmr.mrc.ac.uk and temporarily at mathbio.crick.mrc.ac.uk .
