Integrate the prepatcher into Swiss itself

I think it's obvious, but i thought an issue/task could be created anyways so 
people can see what's the status and priority of this.

I second this, if it can already detect the patch, why not just have it do the 
whole enchilata? Either that or have a seperate DOL file to patch it w/ (Like 
SDLOAD has), it would be convienient to have so we could test our stuff w/ and 
w/o the patch. Also needs an unpatcher.DOL in my opinion and if possible, but 
not as neccessary as the above.
