Add dynamic parameter of type "text field"

Currently you can define either a predefined list of parameters for a drop down box or a dynamically created list for a drop down box.

What is desired is a simple text field to enter a value.

This is especially helpful if you have a huge load of data (e.g. the campaign number) where auto-completion doesn't make sense anyway
