In the startup phase Temp4 could have the wrong value
The update used `C_P4x / 2 + C_P`. This has been changed to reuse normal routine: `C_P4x - (C_P4x / 4) + C_P`. Alternatively: `C_P4x / 2 + C_P * 2` could have been an option.
Better balance of the amount of work done between waiting periods
