Make campaign name and campaign keyword lowercase when tracking

The campaign name and the campaign keyword should be set to lowercase to prevent duplicates with different case in the reports.

this issue is now open again in piwik 2.0.3

there are multiple entries for the same campaign, seems to be case sensitive.
