We thought minimum required version was 5.3 but it turns out that because of "stream_resolve_include_path" min php version is 5.3.2

This dependency comes from Composer.

We got result from

$ phpcompatinfo print -R --report full .

In 4586ac5: Fixes #4265 Removing dependancy on 5.3.6 (in Log.php) and increasing requirement to 5.3.2
