This also removes the right icon on the mobile page.
This means we don't have to copy the search, sidebar, or scripts into our block. It does mean tweaking our CSS rules slightly to override the class that the theme is using instead of the HTML element. Fixes matplotlib#67

Disable the right button since we have no sidebar there.
Then simplify our theme override so that we get all of the stuff from the theme, i.e., the search, sidebar, and scripts, without having to copy them ourselves.
