See matrix-appservice-gitter for inspiration. Add it to the displayname copying code, around
https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-appservice-slack/blob/master/lib/BridgedRoom.js#L65

Also at the same time, use the UserStore database to keep track of current values of avatar / displayname and only push actual changes into Matrix.
