kMXPushRuleActionStringDontNotify don't notify the app at all

I am developing an app using Matrix iOS SDK, when muting a room and get a message from this muted room I don't get a notification at all. The action of the rule for the room is set in an array as [kMXPushRuleActionStringDontNotify].

Expected behavior
Get a silent notification to call the API which marks the message as delivered to the sender will get two ticks that the receiver had got the message.
