Is 2.5.2 the latest version of Sydent?

I'm asking this question because a bug was recently fixed in the ID server running at Matrix.org that prevented invitations from being sent to an email address, but today, when I installed the current version from this repo it had that exact same bug.

Isn't matrix.org running this same version of Sydent? Is it possible somebody forgot to push the latest version?

Matrix.org is running the unreleased main branch, however based on your messages in the Sydent room I believe the bug you're referring to was never in the latest released version 2.5.2 anyway.

At this point it might be worth opening an issue about your issue with logs etc.

We should probably still consider putting a release out soon, though...
