This pull makes building the project a bit easier to those new to the codebase.

Adds ./Vendor/** to the header search paths
Updates the Makefile to fetch the git submodules
Updates the Makefile to only build BitBar, it doesn't appear the submodules require building
Notes to run make in the README to build the project
