KnifeSoloConfigTest has some issues

Too tired to fix it not so I'll file an issue instead. =)

• KnifeSoloConfigTest is not included in test:units Rake task. The glob only matches files directly in the ./test/ directory.
• It doesn't use tempdir to play with the solo.rb. The outside_kitchen helper could be used.
• It doesn't seem to pass. Probably some sync problem with solo.rb that should be fixed with the previous one.
