Describe the bug
Property Select.enhanced is not mentioned in https://github.com/matsp/material-components-vue/blob/master/components/select/README.md. Also it would be nice to have Enhanced Select example.

fix: update select component (#532)

BREAKING CHANGE: width now becomes a string type prop
BREAKING CHANGE: ariaDescribedby is deprecated, use selectedTextId instead. The component will generate aria-describedby automatically based on the label id and the selectedTextId

Simplify the demos and make most of the props reactive.
