In "orginal_analysis" you will find the data / original code used for the above manuscript -- use this for reproducing the original manuscript.
In "updated_analyis" you will find a reworked version of the code which fixes a mistake in the handling of tn / tm sightings (this has no impact on the results - unidentified tabby cats were rightly discared, just in the "wrong" way), as well as some minor code changes for efficiency and to work better with more recent secr R package versions.
If you are here for a spatial mark-resight dataset, note that I have a much larger dateset (two more years in the Otways and four additional sites in another region) you would also be welcome to - don't hesistate to contact me about this.
