XP to create environments with Maitre.sh
Issue #17 : Extension point to allow creation of new environments from the command line (Maitre)
To install this plugin, unzip kettle-environment-1.4.0.zip in the <Kettle>/plugins/ folder. Remember to remove any older version first.
