Version 3.0 Plan

These are the changes expected in version 3.0.0:

• Removed all components from this repository for a dedicated one for each component in the @tsparticles organization, this will make easier to contribute to specific components not really related to the core (Renaming them to @tsparticles/<library> New package naming #3977). All the repositories will be monorepos with apps and components.

• Removed all presets from this repository for a single one (https://github.com/tsparticles/presets) in the @tsparticles organization, this will make easier to contribute to specific presets or create new ones. (Renaming them to @tsparticles/preset-<name> New package naming #3977)
• Rename all packages from tsparticles- to @tsparticles/ (New package naming #3977)
• Add a required addons option for specify which plugins are mandatory and return an error if not loaded (A guide to select packages according to the use case #4136). This will help with presets too.
