Create new meeting post should be freezed once a user takes any action.

If a user creates a new meeting, and within 30 seconds again tries to create a new meeting, he receives a post to create a new meeting or to join the existing meeting.

In the post received a user can click on the button to create a new meeting multiple times and can create multiple meetings.

Instead, the post should be freezer once the user takes any desired action from the option provided.

Steps to reproduce:-

• Start a new meeting.
• Within 30 seconds, start another meeting.
• Click on Create New Meeting button multiple times.
