[Bug]: Repeating messages after mattermost-desktop closing and tray closing in Windows 11

Steps to reproduce

Exit mattermost
Right-click the tray icon and exit
Rerun mattermost

Expected behavior

There should only be one message popup saying that mattermost will stay in the system tray when you click the close button.

Observed behavior

Every time I hit close, a message pops up saying it will stay in the tray.
