npm installs old version

When installed via npm the last pull request (or more?) is not included. Therefore, the library is then broken.

@mattes inwx is https only which is fixed by #3. Can you release a new version to npm please?

@nicolindemann you can use the current master in your package.json by adding "inwx": "git://github.com/mattes/inwx-nodejs.git#6f775c3e3aacde7d7cb6fe7f4318d5c57481c627" as dependency.
