Once conda-forge/staged-recipes#16117 is accepted and https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/topojson is online this PR can be accepted

To install this package with conda run:
conda install -c conda-forge topojson

mattijn deleted the add-conda-forge-option-to-install branch
