Deletes blank lines between rules #8

Do you have an example of before and after you'd like to maintain? If you're referring to within the block itself, it may be difficult to identify which newlines should be retained since the adjacent properties may move themselves. |
See attached screenshot. After selecting all (ctrl+a) and invoking CSS Alphabetize, it deletes all blank lines. I need to retain them.

Alphabetizes declarations as expected, but destroys the rest of my code formatting by deleting the blank line I have between each rule. Is there a setting to retain blank lines between rules?
