For Go 1.1 users on non-Windows platforms, this will allow the execution of applications built with go-v8 without having to specify
LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I deliberately did not futz with the Windows build process since I am having trouble building V8 itself on that platform.Reference: http://stackoverflow.com/a/16748467
