It would be nice to have GitHub like markdown output when using server mode.

Current implementation uses gfmstyle. Do you mean it should switch to another markdown processor? ex: https://github.com/a8m/mark

Yes. I think something that's more modern. I think either ReadTheDocs or GitHub markdown format would be an amazing thing to have.

Maybe even few of them so we could choose in the config file.

This appears to be broken so I submitted a PR to fix : #48
