• Most of the codes require "BCI_turnover20150611.RData", "BCI_turnover20141213" or "source.R".
• Some codes will work if you copy them from top to bottom and paste them to R.
• test dir includes some simulations for autocorrelations and re-analyes for Feeley et al. 2011 and Swenson et al. 2012.
