Allow, via the web interface, to create and edit diagrams. This means:

1-Drag and drop support of components such as VM, Web App, etc
2-Labeling and adding description of those components
3-Pinning components to the left navigation bar
4-Enabling upload/download of the diagrams in JSON format
5-Enabling sharing a diagram with other users, sort of in the bit.ly style so people can use it in presentations

This milestone is about interactive editing, not about interfacing with real Azure components
