File-PCAP

This is pure Perl module to access PCAP files which are read and written
by tcpdump or Wireshark.

The purpose is to extract information from or write information to PCAP
files in an environment where no libpcap is available.

The initial motivation to write this module was to convert packet
captures from a Cisco ASA to PCAP files in order to analyse the capture
using Wireshark. This is accomplished with the script acap2pcap in the
script directory.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Build.PL
	./Build
	./Build test
	./Build install

perldoc command.
