Long section title move the progress indicator #31

When having a long section title, the progress indicator is moved to the left, which make the slide look wird. Further think it would be better to make the section title break, such that it does not get so close to the margin or overflows the margin.

I don’t like the manual linespacing fix. In my opinion
\textsc{\MakeLowercase{…}} should be replaced by \MakeUppercase{…} and
the fontsize adjusted accordingly.

2pt shift of the progress bar doesn’t make sense as I see it. I
therefore removed it.
